Welcome to the PetFoodis.AI Refund Policy page. This page explains when you may be eligible for a refund for our monthly subscription Service. By purchasing or using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
Monthly Subscription (No Free Trial)
Our Service is offered as a month-to-month subscription. There is no free trial. Subscription fees are billed in advance at the start of each billing cycle.
Refund Eligibility (Exceptions)
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances: • Duplicate charges or billing errors caused by our system • Service unavailability or critical malfunction that prevents core features from functioning, as verified by our team • First-time subscription refunds, requested within 24 hours of the initial charge (see below)
24-Hour Refund Window (Only If Unused)
You may request a refund of your most recent monthly subscription charge if: 1. Your request is submitted within 24 hours of the time of purchase/renewal, and 2. Your account has not used the Service during that 24-hour period (as described below), including no use of the Homemade Diet Recipe Formulation feature. If both conditions are met, we will refund the subscription fee for that billing cycle back to the original payment method.
No Refunds After Use — Homemade Diet Recipe Formulation Feature Is Non-Refundable
Any use of the Service makes the charge non-refundable, even if the request is made within 24 hours. In particular, the following are considered "use" and make the subscription non-refundable: • Running, initiating, or triggering the Homemade Diet Recipe Formulation feature (including any recipe/plan/formulation generation) • Receiving, viewing, exporting, downloading, or otherwise accessing any generated output/results • Any other meaningful access or use of paid features within the Service Important: Once the Homemade Diet Recipe Formulation feature has been used, no refunds will be issued, regardless of when the refund request is submitted.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings (or by contacting us if you cannot access your account). • Cancellation takes effect for the next billing cycle (your subscription will not renew). • You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current paid billing period. • Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and approval is not guaranteed.
